I position the property with clear numbers, strong photos, and the right story for the right users. I handle tours, screening, negotiation, and the paperwork through closing or lease signing.

What property types do you work with?

Retail spaces, strip centers, small offices, medical suites, flex and light industrial, warehouses, and small multifamily.

They are standard for the market and set up front so there are no surprises. For tenants and buyers, compensation is usually offered by the owner or seller. I will explain how it works for your deal before we start.

How do your fees work?

How long does a deal take?

Leases can take a few weeks to a few months. Purchases and sales often take 30 to 90 days once terms are agreed. I push the timeline forward and keep you updated.

What do you look at to judge a deal?

Location and access, demand for the use, condition of the building, realistic rent or income, expenses, and the strength of the terms. I walk you through the numbers in a simple way.

I am out of state. Can we do this remotely?

Yes. I do live video tours, share clear reports, and handle local steps for you. Closings and leases can be signed electronically.
